🔧 IT Administrator

M3E GmbH
As an IT Administrator, my job was all about keeping our company's tech running smoothly. Think of me as the person who made sure our servers, networks, and systems were always up and running - and not just running, but running really well.
A big part of my day was keeping an eye on how everything was performing. If I spotted anything that didn't look right, I'd jump in and fix it before it could become a problem. And whenever anyone had trouble with their computer or software, I was the guy they'd call. It was my job to get them back up and running as quickly as possible.
Security was also a big part of what I did. I was in charge of making sure our company's data was safe from hackers and any other online threats. This meant managing who had access to what, and making sure we weren't taking any risks with our information.
I also took care of things like backing up our data and making sure we were ready for any kind of tech emergency. It was all about being prepared, so if something unexpected happened, we wouldn't be caught off guard.
In short, my role was:
- Taking care of our tech infrastructure so everything worked like a charm.
- Monitoring our systems to keep them healthy and fixing issues fast.
- Being the go-to tech troubleshooter for my colleagues.
- Keeping our data safe from cyber threats.
- Managing user accounts and balancing accessibility with security.
- Making sure we were always prepared for any tech hiccups.
